I sketched out a drawing of a woman’s head surrounded by roses for a tattoo. It will be on my leg. I actually want it on my arm but I’ve got a bad case of chicken skin up arounds there. So a tattoo of a face wouldn’t look too pretty there–she’d look like she had acne. Yeah, I know, eew. The drawing is supposed to “look” like my aunt when she was young. So yes, the woman in the drawing is supposed to look asian. The tattoo itself will be done by Jesse Tuesday at Tuesday Tattoo. Jesse seems cool as hell. He’s going to make my idea look 10 times better. I took the drawing to him and told him that I wanted “diamonds and roses” but didn’t know how to make it happen. He suggested putting diamonds in the roses. Oooh. And he said he was going to give her pretty earrings so we can get rid of the janky-ass diamond that I drew as an earring.
Believe it or not Jesse is booked solid until November 2009. My appointment with him will be in fuckin’ November!!! I’m hoping someone cancels so I can get it done sooner. Fingers crossed dude.
